Summary:
Washington will be the 5th state to offer paid family and medical leave benefits starting in 2020, but employers can take action by 2019. Get a jump on 2019 and learn how your business can prepare to implement this mandatory program in this free presentation by the Washington State Employment Security Department.

Presenter Bio:
Matt LaPalm is the Small Business Specialist in the Paid Family and Medical Leave team at the Employment Security Department. With a background in small and medium businesses, he understands how challenging running a business can be and how this new statewide insurance program will impact Washington’s small and independent employers.
