2023 Recycling Events
Dates: May 13, June 10, Sept. 9
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Renton Technical College, North Parking Lot NE 6th Place & Monroe Ave. NE
During Sept. 9 event, details on the specific materials accepted at this event are below:
STYROFOAM
- Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap
- Bagged packing peanuts accepted
- Clean white block Styrofoam
- Look for #6 or EPS inside the recycle symbol
- Bring up to 5 Boxes (banker box size 12”x15”x10”) or equivalent in bags.
- Paper, blueprints, mail, photographs, and file folders accepted
- No need to remove staples, paper clips, or rubber bands
- NO binders, plastics or discs
- NO ID badges or driver’s licenses
- NO cardboard or hardcover books
- Food donations will be collected at each event. Help our Renton neighbors affected by the pandemic by bringing non-perishable food to the food bank.
