CULS 135 Beautiful Brunch Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Bldg. I Room 107-Main kitchen Cost: $100 Get ready for a hands-on, culinary demonstration and class participation featuring Chef Tiago in the kitchen creating a perfect breakfast! In this 3-hour hands-on class, you’ll learn to make an easy hollandaise sauce and the perfect classical breakfast item -Eggs Benedict. Chef Tiago will also demonstrate and assist students in creating skillet potato fries, simple arugula salad and lemon ricotta pancakes Registration Item Code: M435
