Thursday Night Wine: Wine Class--Demystifying Cabernet Sauvignon

Description

“Cab” is the go-to red for many wine drinkers, but it can be made in different ways from thoughtfully restrained to aggressively bold. This class will examine cab sauvs from France, California, and Washington. Through tasting, instruction, and discussion, participants will increase their understanding of and appreciation for cab sauv.

A guided tasting of 3 wines is included. Limited to 10 participants.

About the Instructor:
Matt Frazier is the proprietor of Drum Roll Wine, a graduate of the Northwest Wine Academy, a French Wine Scholar with highest honors, and he holds an Advanced certification from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust. Matt’s passionate about making wine more accessible and easier to enjoy for all.
