About Us

Anchor Agency is a startup full service REAL ESTATE company primarily focusing on Property and Asset Management and exploration in all Real Estate Investment opportunities in the residential, multi-family, and commercial properties in and around the Greater Seattle Region.

Anchor Agency was created in October 2020, co-Founded by Business Partners, Bayley Le and Gelly Lirio. Our goal is to create opportunities for new and customized investment strategies to cater to the real estate client from all backgrounds and experience levels.

We specialize in multifamily property management, commercial plazas and strip centers, and mixed use developments.

Our approach is always to support and invest in the Client's success, thus anchoring their real estate and business portfolio growth.
