About Us

Beana's Hand Pies & Bakery came about as a result of random acts of kindness and is an opportunity from God, born out of the COVID shutdown. During 2020 shut down, so many were struggling with depression, worry, and anger. So I started making apple-fried pies and taking them to my neighbors, family, and friends. The response from recipients of my pies was incredible. It sparked conversations about how good the pies are, brought joy, and lifted the people's spirits. In addition, I received requests from people wanting to purchase our pies, including several local restaurants.

We specialize in comfort foods that will make your taste buds happy; our specialty is southern fried hand pies. All our pies are made with a buttery, flaky crust; which is rolled, cut, and filled with our superior fillings. The fruit fillings are made from fresh, or frozen fruits and fruits we preserved during the harvest season through the canning process. These handcrafted hand pies are made with love and can be purchased frozen uncooked, or ready to eat; the flavors are Apple, Peach, Sweet Potato, Lemon, Blueberry, Chocolate, Pecan, and Pumpkin is offered seasonally. Our mission is to bring joy and happiness to all who bite into our hand pies .
