Randy Clark has been a CPA for over 22 years, with a background that includes Big 4 accounting firm experience with Deloitte & Touche, and many years of experience as the senior most accountant at companies both private and public. With experience in handling mergers & acquisitions, contract negotiations, bankruptcy, corporate restructurings, and multiple accounting systems, Mr. Clark is uniquely positioned to provide your business with accounting solutions and business insights that go beyond the traditional ideas of what your accountant can do for you.
