About Us

Our mission is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
Driven by a belief that all students, regardless of circumstance, deserve the same opportunities to reach their potential, we work directly inside K-12 schools to remove barriers to success. We do this through our unique model of Integrated Student Supports (ISS) that places Student Support Specialists inside schools to address the identified needs of each school and its individual students who are facing non-academic barriers to achievement.
We look ahead to the time when success will no longer be predictable based on one’s status.
