I’m Jeff Thungc, a first-generation refugee from the US CIA Secret War in Laos. My journey began with a sponsor who helped my family settle in the US, sparking my passion for social services. For a decade, I empowered low-income families and at-risk youth, guiding them toward employment. To create job opportunities, I launched food businesses aimed at uplifting these young individuals. I acquired a website to promote our ventures but faced challenges in realizing my vision. Seeing a need among small business owners, I pursued education in web design while juggling my social work and restaurant. Though initially struggling to secure contracts, I gained skills managing digital media for a local school district. When the pandemic hit, I saw a growing demand for digital solutions among small businesses. I leaped to run my business full-time, driven by a commitment to help local businesses thrive in an evolving digital landscape.
