Merrill Gardens at Renton Centre is located in downtown Renton a block from the Cedar River close to shopping, restaurants and world class medical care. We offer independent, assisted living and our recent expansion includes specialized memory care. Our month to month apartment-style community offers all of the amenities of home without the work. We focus on Lifestyle Programming with our signature 'Anytime Dining' in a restaurant setting, Active Living that engages mind and body, and weekly housekeeping and maintenance services. Our professional Wellness staff provides personalized assisted living support with both transitional memory Care in The Terrace, and traditional memory care in our Garden House. We offer opportunities to make new friends or entertain old ones in beautifully appointed apartments and common spaces with multiple amenities.

Implementation of successful COVID safety protocols allows our active community to support independence, choice, and privacy. Residents enjoy a restaurant style menu served by staff who know them as individuals. Active Living engages residents with physical, intellectual and spiritual offerings. Our full-time Concierge offers personalized services including door-to-door transportation for essential medical appointments, personal shopping and apartment organization. Wellness staff are highly trained working under the direction of an award winning nurse.
