Trillium Employment Services partners with businesses across Renton and King County to recruit, train, and retain employees with developmental disabilities. As a nonprofit organization serving Washington since 1983, Trillium offers no-cost consultation services to employers. Our team supports every step of the process, from candidate matching and onboarding to job coaching and long-term retention.
