Sub-let our business space

We want to sublet our studio located in East Valley Business Park Building 11 at 237 SW 41st St. in Renton.  The unit is rented from KGIP.  Please contact the property management at 425-656-4901.  Rent is $1,321.64 all in.  This includes Rent, Cam, Ins, and Ret.  Our lease is up August 2026 but would like to move out as soon as possible.  Great complex, great landlords!!  Right next to IKEA.
